DEVELOPMENT BANK OF JAMAICA CONFERENCE 2019

The Development Bank of Jamaica engaged Bespoke to conceptualise and execute the PR and social media plans for its 2019 Conference on Private Equity and Infrastructure Development. This included pre- and post-conference press releases, newspaper and radio ads, radio and TV interviews, along with social media management for Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. In addition to this, Bespoke executed live blogging, videography and photography for the four-day duration of the conference.

FIRST GLOBAL

BANK

First Global Bank engaged Bespoke to provide overall social media management for their Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts. During the period, we curated the daily social media posts and spearheaded several social media campaigns, including one highlighting their new partnership with Hyundai dealer Magna Motors. Live coverage, which included photography and blogging, was also provided for their staged, sponsored and affiliated events.

NATIONAL HEALTH FUND

The National Health Fund engaged Bespoke to author its 2016-2017 financial year’s annual report. The department reports gave information on the government organisation’s financial status and expenditure, national health programmes, public promotions, and detailed current infrastructural projects. Messages were also authored for the Minister of Health, Dr. The Hon. Christopher Tufton, MP, the NHF Chairman and its Chief Executive Officer.

Bespoke continues to work with the government agency by authoring speeches for its executives.

CURVY CARIBBEAN CONFERENCE

The inaugural staging of the Curvy Caribbean Conference showcased lifestyle products for plus-sized women during an interactive, two-day event aimed at empowering women with curves. Bespoke handled the exposure of this event by garnering press for its launch event and conference on local morning-time and entertainment television programmes, numerous radio stations and in local print publications.

GK INSURANCE

As the official PR representative for the insurance company functioning under the GraceKennedy Group, Bespoke authors press releases and news features in accordance with our suggested PR strategy, as well as GKI’s monthly newspaper column appearing in The Gleaner. Other services, such as general video production and photography for their company executives, are also organised and executed on an as-needed basis.

SHIPPING ASSOCIATION OF JAMAICA

The Shipping Association of Jamaica works with Bespoke to produce artwork for the company and its subsidiaries in the banking, logistics and real estate industries. Bespoke created a complete brand identity for the new companies and still provides any subsequent artwork required. Furthering SAJ’s brand identity too, Bespoke redesigned their business cards as part of the company’s recent brand refresh, which included an updated logo design.

ADVANTUM PCS

As part of its recent expansion and rebranding activities, information technology company Advantum PCS engaged Bespoke to conceptualise a complete brand identity package, inclusive of business cards, letterheads, company folders, Powerpoint presentation slide templates, and social media images and templates. A brochure detailing Advantum PCS’s services and statistics was also created. Bespoke maintains a strong relationship with the company to produce advertisements and other artwork they require.

SAMANTHA GOODEN

Bespoke provided numerous post-production services for the upcoming Christian contemporary artiste and assisted with the total production of her latest music video Survivor and behind-the-scenes documentaries.

PRIVATE SECTOR ORGANISATION OF JAMAICA / DEVELOPMENT BANK OF JAMAICA

Bespoke handled the public and media relations for the two organisations’ National Business Model Competition for three years. The competition sent its winning teams to represent Jamaica at the international competitions held at the Microsoft Ventures campus in Washington, D.C., in 2016, at the Computer History Museum in Silicon Valley in 2017, and at the Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, in 2019 and 2020. Various press features were landed in print, radio and television and other services included assistance with social media management.

NOSTIC AGRICULTURAL & MANUFACTURING

Nostic Agricultural & Manufacturing, an emerging manufacturer and cultivator within the tobacco and nutraceutical industries, engaged Bespoke to plan and stage their inaugural launch event. The event feted and informed press members and local stakeholders as it showcased the company’s Jamaican-made products set for local and international markets. Press features were landed in print, radio and television.

CUTTING EDGE & KIDZBLOCK SALONS

Bespoke delivered complete brand identity packages for the newly acquired salons, inclusive of unique marketing collateral and targeted campaigns to improve the overall image and customer service. Press features were also landed in print and television. Other services included social media management.

SAJE LOGISTICS AND INFRASTRUCTURE

SAJE Logistics and Infrastructure, part of the SAJE Group, engaged Bespoke to lead its overall brand identity. The completed creative works to date included various logo designs, business cards, standing banners and a corporate profile outlining the company’s mission and works. Bespoke continues to work with the company by providing all artwork required.

UNDISPUTED PROMOTIONS

Upcoming boxing and mixed martial arts organisation Undisputed Promotions engaged Bespoke to author and design a sponsorship deck that would aid in seeking corporate partnerships. The 30-page presentation used commanding language and innovative artwork to showcase the organisation’s capabilities and plans for execution while soliciting prospective sponsors.
